Meet the Office Manager - Lore Valdes
 
Lore and her family have been residents of South Florida since 1993. Originally from New Jersey, she moved to Florida with her husband Adrian (yes, this is a husband and wife team) back in 1993. Years later, she is more than happy with their decision.
 
Manage the Process
  • Assist in the preparation and implementation of Adrian’s extensive  advertising campaign.
  • Work with other Realtors and sometimes home owners to set up appointments on listings.
  • Contact all Realtors immediately after showing of a property to obtain feedback.
  • Once a contract is signed, Lore tracks key dates and serves as the liaison between client, Realtor and other companies/vendors involved in any given transaction, including but not limited to: inspectors, appraisers, mortgage companies, title companies, Homeowner’s associations, survey companies, attorneys and city permits when necessary.
 
Qualifications
  • Extensive management experience.
  • Organizational skills second to none.
  • Detailed-oriented individual who can be characterized as a perfectionist.
  • Having lived in South Florida for 17 years, one could safely say she knows the area well.
  • In order to work on a team that puts customer satisfaction on the top of its priority list, Lore also possesses a relentless pursuit of customer satisfaction, providing customers with passionate delivery of truly remarkable customer service that compares to no other.

  • Lore is a great Office Manager who loves her job and her boss (Adrian wrote this bullet), but first and foremost she is a Super Mom and Loving Wife to her son and husband.

Meet the Business Manager - Claudia Trejos 

Claudia is a South Florida resident since 2002 when she moved from New Jersey. She loves the tranquility and the quality of life that South Florida offers. She has two boys who attend A-rated public schools and participate in the city’s soccer and baseball leagues.
 
 Manage the Business
  • Update and maintain content and aesthetics of the www.Adrian4Homes.com website.
  • Establish and manage marketing campaigns specific to the different groups of propsects.
  • Manage the different websites used to advertise the Adrian 4 Homes Team listings.
  • Establish and automate all systems to capitalize on buyer leads, advertising coverage and general inquiries.
  • Keep the Office Computer network up and running with the tools needed for optimum performance.
  • Basically handles any other items and/or issues that come up at a moment's notice. We love our Business Manager!!!
 
Qualifications
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • In pursuit of Customer Satisfaction, Claudia works hard on having the most informative, attractive and meaningful Web site.
  • Claudia is passionate about computers and is constantly looking for tools to help deliver the best customer service in the business.
